Acceptance of Terms: By accessing this website or scheduling services with Rayon Bins (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or our services.

Services Provided: Rayon Bins provides construction site cleanup services, debris removal, and proprietary Rayon Bin services for residential and commercial construction projects. Services are offered in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and South Carolina.

Service frequency, duration, and scope are determined by written agreement, proposal, or service order.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe, unobstructed access to all service locations

• Ensure debris placed for removal complies with all applicable laws

• Avoid placing prohibited, hazardous, or undisclosed materials

• Maintain job sites in a condition that allows safe performance of services

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service if site conditions pose safety risks or violate applicable regulations.

Permits, Zoning, and Regulatory Compliance: The customer is solely responsible for determining and obtaining any required permits, licenses, approvals, or permissions related to the placement, use, or servicing of Rayon Bins, debris containers, or cleanup operations at the service location.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• City, county, or municipal permits

• HOA approvals

• Right-of-way or street placement permits

• Zoning or construction-site regulations

Failure to obtain required permits may result in fines, removal orders, towing, service interruption, or additional charges. Rayon Bins is not responsible for penalties or delays resulting from permit or regulatory non-compliance.

Prohibited Materials: Customers may not place the following materials for removal unless expressly approved in writing:

• Hazardous or toxic substances

• Chemicals, paints, solvents, or oils

• Medical, radioactive, or biohazardous waste

• Asbestos-containing materials

• Any materials prohibited by local, state, or federal law

Undisclosed prohibited materials may result in additional charges and immediate service suspension.

Payment Terms:  Payment terms are as agreed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for:

• Excess debris beyond agreed scope

• Extended service periods

• Permit-related delays

• Site access issues or unsafe conditions

• Prohibited or undisclosed materials

Failure to pay may result in service suspension and collection activity as permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability:  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rayon Bins shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or project delays, arising from use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rayon Bins from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or expenses arising from:

• Failure to obtain required permits or approvals

• Improper or illegal disposal of materials

• Site conditions under your control

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the services are provided (including FL, GA, AL, TN, or SC), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Policies: Rayon Bins may update these policies at any time. Continued use of the website or services means acceptance of updated policies.
